Booking and Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or after the day of the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• Sessions can be rescheduled with 2-3 days’ notice, with a Php500 rebooking fee in all cases. Cancellations are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation, the payment is valid for 30 days following the booking; it cannot be used after this period.
Session Time:
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your session. Any delays may result in a shorter session time.
Delivery of Images:
• Edited images will be delivered within 10-15 working days after the session. due on or after the day of the session.
• Photo editing involves only enhancing, removing blemishes, and smoothing the skin.
• The package includes edited photos and RAW preview images with watermark for viewing purposes only.
• Digital images will be shared via Gdrive with only 10-30 days storage access. Any claims after this period may incur a storage fee of (Php 300).
Model Release:
• TinyToe Studio will ask for permission before using any selected images in social media and marketing materials.
Force Majeure:
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or natural disasters preventing the studio from fulfilling obligations, every effort will be made to reschedule the session.
Liability:
• Only clients who booked the session have the right to request the images.
• Please note that clients are responsible for the supervision of children, and the studio cannot be held accountable for any accidents involving children or damage to public or private property during the photoshoot.
• Kindly bring your baby essentials (Milk, Diaper and infant pacifier)
• Family pictures is limited only for parents (sibling is subject for extra charge)
• The studio, equipped with CCTV cameras, expects clients to cover costs for any damage to studio equipment and furniture.
