BConcept Studio Policy
Be on Time!
• Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early for scheduled bookings, as delays will deduct session time, and no show or delay will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Booking & Cancellation Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or after the of the session. (Note: text appears as written in the image)
• In case of cancellation, the payment is valid for 30 days following the booking; it cannot be used after this period.
• The weekday special offer is only valid for the specified weekday dates and cannot be rescheduled to a day not covered by the promotion.
• Additional time can only be added once and is subject to availability. If you need extra time, please request it early during the booking process.
• If you booked student treat, kindly bring your school valid ID.
Pets
• Pets must at all times be under the control of their owners.
• Owners must accept liability for any damage caused by their pets on studio premises.
• Pets must wear diaper before going to the studio. No diaper No session policy.
• Pet included in the package cannot be substituted with another person.
Liability
• Clients are advised to download images on session day, BConcept Studio retain photos for 7 days, request image backups for 1 month, incur storage fee (Php 300), and delete after 1 month.
• Only clients who booked the session have the right to request the images.
• Clients are responsible for child supervision, and Studio cannot be held accountable for accidents or property damage during photo shoots.
• The studio is equipped with CCTV cameras, but clients are responsible for covering any damage to equipment and furniture.
• The session is exclusively for booked individuals and cannot be transferred or substituted. If an unbooked person joins, the session will proceed to the next package.
• Children under the age of 2 are free, but only one baby below 2 years old is eligible for a free photo session.
• The photo orientation is portrait only and does not include full body shots. If you’d like a full body photo, an additional fee for floor extension is required.
